Baziya - Akbar Khodadadi

About this conversation

The fired presenter and reporter who became a taxi driver. Akbar Khodadadi, a reporter dismissed from IRIB, was this episode's guest. He holds a PhD in economics, studied under Dr Ghaninejad, speaks 5 languages and worked at the News Network — until, in his words, envy and spite pushed him out, and he spent 3 years driving taxis. Despite all the pressure and hardship he never lost hope, and he has now become an entrepreneur. Akbar Khodadadi now lives in Turkey, and in a warm conversation with Ali Ziya he shared fascinating stories about Iran's economy and the lives of Iranians in Turkey — from the future of Iran to meeting well-known politicians and celebrities there.
